What is "Red Kwali"?  In Singapore and Malaysia , we refer "kwali" as the Wok, and we use it to prepare freshest ingredients and cooked at the highest possible temperature to seal in flavor. Cooks maintain such blazing fires that high flames turn the kwali red-hot!  Seeing a red kwali means that you are about to enjoy a delightful meal.
